All guild groups are to have the following settings in regards to loot - Roll on uncommon and above.
  • All party loot will be greed unless it is needed.
  • Need = An item that is better than what you are wearing and that you will wear in the future.
All parties should be open to guild members first, alliance members second, and then pickups in the zone.

The Guild Bank

This is a work in progress, Mythic have advised us that guilds will be required to pay for certain aspects of the game including owning keeps. As such the Guild Banks Primary focus will be to maintain these fee's.

Guild Tax Rate - Our Guild tax rate is currently 60%. This is subject to change depending on how much cash is actually required, it may go down or up depending on need.

Guild Tithe Rate - Our members set their tithe rate at whatever rate they would like, most of our members and all of our officers are currently running at 100% to assist with keep costs.

The Guild Vault

The Guild Vault will contain 4 tabs, each of these tabs are there for certain uses as below -

Vault 1 -
This is an open vault for all Dynastinians and above, this is a place where you can drop off an item that you think someone might find a use for, and isn't worth the cash you could pawn it for. Any member Dynastinian and above may withdraw from this vault if they see something that is of direct use to their character.
If a member is found abusing this vault for their own needs, they will be either demoted to Neophyte or kicked from the guild, and all alliance guilds will be informed.

Vault 2 - This is an open vault as Vault 1, it is a vault for all things Profession based, if you come across profession items of value that you are unable to use, we ask that you deposit them into Vault 2, so that it can benefit the guild.

Vault 3 - This vault is open to all Veterans and above, and will contain Raid consumables, that include siege weapons, potions and other such goods. This Vault will be funded by the guild.

Vault 4 -
Special Items and crafted goods Vault. If you come across items of significant worth and feel that you wish to donate them to the guild, this is the vault for this.

The Guild Auction House

We dont ask our guild members to be martyrs, as such the vaults are there for our "help eachother environment" that said, our guild auction house is there if you have a nice item that you feel you could get cash from the AH from, we ask that you post the item on the Guild Auction house first, and if it doesn't sell within a week, then post it on the general AH, this will allow for us as a guild to better our members first.

  • It is expected that all members of the Guild treat each other with respect.
  • It is also expected that you treat everyone in game with the same respect you give the members of Avatar Dynasty. Remember as soon as you wear the avatar dynasty guild tag you become an ambassador for the guild.
  • Continuous use of so-called ‘leet-speak’ or foreign languages is not encouraged, try to use (standard) English in the guild channel. Bad language is tolerated, but if taken to excess or if members complain about it, the offender will be asked to moderate their language. Continued excessive swearing can ultimately lead to disciplinary action. Also bear in mind that our members come from different backgrounds and all ages races and sexes.
  • If you need help with item trading or other dealings in the guild, feel free to ask an Officer for assistance.
  • Cooperation is something we pride ourselves on. We wish this tradition to continue. It is not expected higher level characters give up too much time to help out the lower level characters, however, help is always appreciated and reciprocated.
